Be in the moment

Life presents us all challenges, and the importance of taking a simple moment to pause, and observe, shouldn’t be ignored. This piece encapsulates how I felt when out walking across Norfolk marshland, deep in thought and almost oblivious to the immediate beauty of my surroundings.  I turned and saw the last moments of the sun setting.  I paused, feeling so very close to our natural world, and was “in the moment”.
