Moorland Heather

A sea of heather, ebbing into the distance. The powerful herbaceous aroma, earthy with an airy bright floral sweetness, is unmistakable.  Here, it works its magic on the entire landscape.  As for the word Heather itself, it is believed to be derived from the Gaelic word “haeddre” which was seemingly used to describe a heather-place or heathland.
