Break of Day

My firm intentions here were clear to me; limit the palette, almost to the point of monotone, and depict first light in a rural setting. Working with only three hues, creating a rugged pastoral scene gave me a deep joy. At some point in time, we’ve probably all jumped over a fence we shouldn’t have done, to explore the next horizon. If you haven’t yet….. what on earth are you waiting for?
